A striking, easy to care for succulent with fleshy circular grey-green leaves, which look like they are pieced together on a string, you can see how it earned the nickname ‘Babys Necklace’. In a sunny position the edges of the leaves sometimes tint, so they look like they are brushed with pink or red, making the leaves even more distinct.

Babys Necklace works particularly well in a hanging pot, with its structural shape trailing over the edges. This is a beautiful, low maintenance succulent that is perfect for beginners.

All orders for XXL plants (greater than 120cm in height) will be sent out by special courier delivery. We will contact you via email to confirm timings.

If you live locally to us (with a Cornish postcode) during checkout you will have the option to collect your plant from our warehouse or from Open in St Agnes. This is done via your postcode so will only show with a Cornish postcode at checkout.

Native to Southern regions of Africa, naturally it would be found growing upwards directly from the ground.

Care tips

Light | Prefers bright spots but keep away from sunlight in the middle of the day to avoid scorching its leaves. Doesn’t like shade. With enough light will develop the pink / red tinges on the leaf edges. It’s dream position would be in an East facing window, so it could bask in the morning sunshine.

Water | Water generously and then allow soil to dry out between waterings. Will need less water in the winter months.

Humidity | Prefers a dry atmosphere, so happy with average humidity at home

Temperature | Jade Necklace prefers temperatures of approximately 15 - 26 degrees
